Hinduism is the major religion of India, practiced by more than 80% of the population. In contrast to other religions, it has no founder.

Hinduism came about when the Aryans conquered most of what is now India. Their many gods meshed with the Indian traditions and forms of meditation to create Hinduism. Hinduism is quite tolerant and allows people to worship the god  or demigods of their choice or to be atheists. They like to smoke bidi and eat fish or chicken.
